The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya Banjariya P.S. Case No. 693 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 364A, 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in kidnapping the son of the informant for ransom, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, trial of the petitioner is directed to be expedited.
