The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4319 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-V-cum-A.C.J.M.-II, Samastipur.
