2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023 registered on 05.04.2023 lodged under Sections 313, 498A, 504/34 of I.P.C. and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against seven named accused persons including the petitioner who is the husband of the informant.

4. Counsels for the petitioner as well O.P. submits that they are ready to settle this dispute forever.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4994 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted provisional bail and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023.

6. It is directed to both parties that they shall appear before the Mediation Center of before the Trial Court physically and trial Court shall settle this dispute forever in every aspect of the matter between them within 90 days.

7. Counsel for O.P put emphasis that he wants one time settlement of this matter. In case, if the matter is not settled between the parties on the rigidness of Opposite Party No. 2 then the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
