====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per prosecution case, 750.9 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from Truck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Name of the petitioner has been transpired during course of investigation. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the Truck in question.
