2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 326, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, petitioner and his family member came at the door of the informant and abused him. On protest, he assaulted him by rod on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail submits that the injury found upon the victim is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the injury found upon the victim is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 198 of 2023. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
