Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but it is only stated that the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons were seen fleeing from the place of occurrence. Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.11.2015 and except the above stated material, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri District Rohtas in Dehri (T) P.S.
