Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested in Sasaram (T) P.S. Case no. 1253/2015 on the ground that two motorcycles were recovered from the garage of the petitioner.

Petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Sasaram (T) P.S. Case no. 1253/2015 and except the above stated case as well as present case, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram District Rohtas in Sasaram (T) P.S. Case no. 1163/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
