It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that vide order dated 01.04.2022 prayer for bail of the petitioner was disposed of. It is next submitted that due to inadvertence Case no. was not typed in the order and as such, he prayed for incorporation of Laukahi PS Case No. 240 of 2021, in the said order. The mistake appears to be obvious.

It appears that it is a case registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 arising out of Laukahi PS Case No. 240 of 2021 which is apparent from the FIR.
