2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have got married the victim with one person who was from Uttar Pradesh. Subsequently, the victim has returned saying that she was tortured by her husband.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 5.6.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of VIth-Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.
