JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 225 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of getting the accused persons freed from the custody of Police.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that large number of persons have been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1025 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Romi Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
