Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the certified copy of the judgment of the Partition Suit, Panchait Patra and receiving of payment by the respondent and other documents had been filed before the court and the petitioner may be given liberty to prove the same in accordance with law in the Eviction Suit No. 54 of 2017.
