JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner, who happens to be mistress of husband of informant and on account thereof, there happens to be protest at the end of informant, in the aforesaid background, it has been alleged that Chandrika Sah, husband, petitioner Kiran Devi and son of Chandrika Sah came, on the alleged date and time of occurrence while informant was sitting at her scrap shop and then, as the informant resisted presence of petitioner, she poured kerosene oil whereupon Chandrika Sah lit fire causing severe burnt injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that because of the fact that husband of informant was inclined towards the petitioner on account thereof, she has been falsely implicated. Also submitted that petitioner is a lady and is under custody since

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

There happens to be specific allegation against the petitioner to have poured kerosene whereupon Chandrika Sah lit fire coupled with the fact that prayer for bail of Chandrika Sah found rejected under Criminal Miscellaneous No.2457 of 2015. On account thereof, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected.
