JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghoshi @ Ghosi P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault to the brother of the informant with lathi and danda causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.
