JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-02-2022 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.212 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the IPC. In the instant bail application filed by the petitioner, at para-2, it is stated that petitioner has not moved earlier for grant of regular bail and/or Anticipatory bail in this case before this Hon'ble Court and also in para-16 it is stated that petitioner has come for the first time for grant of regular bail in this case before this Court but it is brought to my notice that earlier the petitioner has filed a regular bail application vide Cr. Misc. No.11791 of 2021, which was rejected on 07.07.2021 by this Court itself. The petitioner has suppressed this fact.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4412 of 2022(2) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 Considering the same, without going into the merits of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected due to suppression of facts.
