The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A) 25(1-B) (a)(c), 26(1)(2)(3) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40107 of 2014.

It has been contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 16th July, 2013 and the charges have been framed by the court below on 03.12.2013, till date no witness has been

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in S.T.
