JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court but petitioner is in jail custody since 17.11.2012 and up till now only two prosecution witnesses could be examined, particularly, in the circumstance when the charge against the petitioner was framed on 27.06.2013. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as pace of trial of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge 1st Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21272 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 No. 160 of 2012, subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be full brother of the petitioner.
