The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 21.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021.
