The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he came to the office of the informant for document verification but during verification, the photograph affixed on the Admit Card and finger print were not matched. On interrogation, the petitioner disclosed that some other person had appeared in the written examination of

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is nothing on record to connect the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence and only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. The petitioner is a student and incarcerating him in the judicial custody will ruin the future career of the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.11.2023. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount
