JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 337, 338, 504, 353 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of creating road blocked and thereby disturbed in the Government work and also misbehaved with the police officials.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and no specific allegation has been attributed against him Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1160 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
