The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.588 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from bathan of the petitioner which is at open place. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

No.4469 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court 1stcum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
