Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor was anything recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dehri On -Sone in connection with Nauhatta P.S.Case No. 15 of 2015.
