The petitioner has challenged the order of transfer contained in Annexure-2 dated on the ground that the petitioner's transfer is premature as the petitioner was transferred before completion of three years. Learned counsel submits that he has already represented the Director, in Chief Administration Health Service Bihar, Patna highlighting the health problem as he is suffering from liver cirrhosis.

The order of transfer is dated 29.9.2018. We are in 2020, and as such the Court is not inclined to pass any order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21972 of 2018(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file fresh representation address to the Director, in Chief Administration Health Service Bihar, Patna on the ground of his treatment of liver cirrhosis and he is to retire within a period of one year. On filing of such representation, the Director, in Chief Administration Health Service Bihar, Patna will consider the case of the practitioner sympathetically and pass reason speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
