Petitioner is under custody since 22.01.2014, on account of recovery of one loaded pistol along with six cartridges and knife. Furthermore, there happens to be criminal antecedent as is evident from Paragraph-3 of the petition itself. However, taking into account the period of detention, petitioner, Guddu Paswan @ Amar Nath Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sandeep Agnihotri, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case no.11 of 2014, subject to condition that on each and every date, there should be physical presence of petitioner till conclusion of the
