JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 498 of 2015, corresponding to T.R. No. 1211 of 2018, in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 326, 338 and 367 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioners is that they have taken the complainant for the work in saw mill where he received injuries and they have also not treated him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no injury report is available on the record and there is delay in lodging the complaint case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1172 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 498 of 2015, corresponding to T.R. No. 1211 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
