On confidential information, one person was being chased by the prosecution party, who, leaving behind a gallon, escaped. On opening of the gallon, 10 litres of country made wine was found therein. The local inhabitants disclosed the accused to be Bindeshwari Uraon.

In the aforesaid background, it happens to be a good case for proper consideration by the learned lower court while considering prayer for regular bail.

With the aforesaid finding, the instant petition is disposed of.
