The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that while the informant was going to Biharsharif by train on 11.04.2011 at 7.45 P.M. 5-6 persons who were armed with pistol and they were of 20-25 years of age began to assault the passengers and on the point of pistol they looted cash, mobile and articles from several passengers including the informant and fled away.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2015 and charge sheet in the case has been submitted. Further it has been submitted that

It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that petitioner's name has come during the course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 56 of 2011.
