The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have entered into the restaurant of the informant and assaulted the informant and others due to non payment of extortion money. The petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2015 i.e. for six months. Although the petitioner has got one criminal case pending against him, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21950 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 555 of 2014.
