Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 398A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry prohibition Act.

It is alleged that the complainant was married to petitioner about nine years ago according to Hindu rites and customs. On the day of marriage complainant got ornament and cloth etc. worth about Rs. 50,000/- from her father as a gift. It is further alleged that all accused persons demanded gold chain and colour T.V. in dowry. Lastly all the accused persons started

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is name in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Kaimur at Bhabua in Complaint Case No. 1148 of 2011.
