Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.197 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/ 354B / 379/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head with Tengari.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the injury found was simple in nature. For trivial dispute between the two family false allegation is there. Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might

However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner within two weeks, the prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
