01-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier, twice the prayer for bail of petitioner was reject. On last occasion, the payer for bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 03.02.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 36483 of 2020.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that now, charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and progress of trial, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
