ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 348/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/ 341/ 323/ 448/ 379/ 504/506/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly the dispute arose out of a petty act of collecting cowdung belonging to the petitioners and the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Chanchal Kumar, not the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3797 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners No. 1 to 7, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 348/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
