JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 29-09-2014 on the accusation that one country-made Katta and three live cartridges were recovered from his possession, when he assembled along with others to make preparation for committing dacoity.

Admittedly, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Ramesh Kumar @ Ramesh @ Chhotka Makhan has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5736 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22902 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Accordingly the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 464 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Danapur, Patna.
