2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-aa), (1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 18, 19 of the UAP Act. .
3. As per the prosecution case, on the secret information, raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Vijay Shankar Singh and half finished pistols, cartridges and other equipments used in manufacturing arms were recovered and these petitioners were arrested. They disclosed that they were manufacturing arms for supply of Naxal groups.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9831 of 2024(3) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 petitioner has come during the course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovery and he is in custody since 29.08.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Adhoura P.S.
