Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.12.2014 in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he attempted to outrage modesty of the informant and also snatched Khotla from the informant but according to the prosecution case itself, he was caught on the spot and noting was recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Goraul P.S.
