2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 14 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 24.01.2025 at about 3 PM, minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3532 of 2026(4) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 application and submitted that the victim is minor and is still traceless.

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
