JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard Sri Dinesh Maharaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, has approached this court invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with a prayer to quash an order dated 24.7.2015 passed in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 292 of 2015 , G.R. No. 977 of 2015. By the said order the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, has taken cognizance of offence under Section 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act.

The petitioner is named as accused on an allegation of running a brothel. After investigation petitioner along with others were forwarded as accused. Charge sheet was submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14325 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 and only thereafter order of cognizance has been passed. On going through the material available on record particularly the impugned order, I do not find any apparent error warranting interference.

The petition stands dismissed.
