The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant and his father were robbed.
Two persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21191 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 967 of 2013. Since the petitioner is accused in five other cases of similar nature, the learned court below will positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
