Petitioner is accused in connection with Sahabganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that on seeing the Police Party, the petitioner and one Binda Sahni started to flee away leaving the motorcycle and on query by the Police, the petitioner could not produce the documents regarding ownership of the vehicle. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the seized motorcycle was purchased by father of the petitioner on 08.12.2012 from Sri Mangal Motors, which would appeared from Annexure-2 series. At the time of query,

Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.01.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.21 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
