In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1811 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that the husband of accused no.1 during his lifetime had sold the entire property and settled in Sasural and again accused no.1-Ganga Devi has sold the same property to opposite party no.2 and the deed has been written by the present petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.975 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not at all beneficiary to the said transaction and he had no knowledge that the husband of accused no.1 had already sold the property during his lifetime.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, namely, Subodh Kumar Sinha @ Subodh Kumar Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th, Samastipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. l811 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
