2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for an offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of snatching a bag containing of Rs.27,19,030/- at the gun point by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner have transpired by confessional statement of co-accused Ranjan Yadav and he has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7027 of 2024(4) dt.03-05-2024 2/3 in Cr. Misc. No. 26588 of 2024. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition and is in custody since 08.10.2023.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Ranjan Yadav @ Neeranjan Yadav, Kanheya Kumar Yadav @ Kanhaiya Kumar Yadav and Bijay Thakur @ Vijay Thakur have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26588 of 2024, 27157 of 2024 and 28550 of 2024 vide orders dated 19.04.2024, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar PS Case No. 544 of 2023.

7. The trial Court is directed to conclude the proceeding of framing of charge according to law within a period of 15 (fifteen days) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that if the charge-sheet has not been submitted then the petitioner shall be released on bail on above conditions and he shall be present physically on each
