2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025, for offences under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From the statement of the independent witnesses, it appears that the deceased has committed suicide after she was rebuked by her husband.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Siwan/concerned Court below, in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ section 482(2) of the BNSS.
