The deceased was PDS dealer and petitioner also happens to be PDS dealer. The informant suspected the role of petitioner in the alleged crime as there was previous dispute between the petitioner and deceased. In course of investigation, witnesses supported the prosecution story and stated that petitioner had also entered into conspiracy along with other co-accused and had made payment to main shooter but it appears that except the aforesaid statements of witnesses, there is nothing against the petitioner who is a lady and is languishing in jail 11.01.2016.
