Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.6.2015 and investigation of case has already been completed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri in Pupri P.S. Case no. 114/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
