The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No. 274 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 406, 420/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that Dinesh Kumar was working as an Agent in Ashiyana Hundai and he was taking help with the brother of the petitioner. It has been alleged that the petitioner and his brother and Dinesh Kumar are involved in misappropriation of the amount of Rs.13,64,044/- to be deposited for registration.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and his

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
