2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That the present application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions towards making due payment against the work done under different Scheme in Panchayat-Sargatiya, BlockSikta; District- West Champaran by the petitioner along with the statutory interest which is still not being paid even after submission of several representation before the concerned authority. Further for relief/ reliefs for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2008 of 2020 dt.14-02-2020 2/3 which the petitioner is entitle under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has moved before various authorities but still nothing has been done.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the representations filed before the authorities are totally vague with no details as to what was the work done.

5. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to file a representation before the District Magistrate who be directed to consider the same.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, West Champaran. If the same is done within three weeks from today, the District Magistrate, West Champaran (respondent no. 4) shall get the matter enquired into and if it is found that the petitioner has completed the works in question or any part thereof and payment for such work has not been made to her, he shall pass a reasoned order within three months from the date of filing of the representation. If he comes to the conclusion that the payments are to be made to the petitioner, after adjustment of what has already
