Mr.Abhay Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while accused persons were engaged in distributing booty, police raided the place. Petitioner is said to have fled away on seeing police party. However, he was identified by the people.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 1.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Singheshwar PS Case No. 171 of 2016.
