The petitioner is seeking a direction to the competent authority to consider her representation dated 12.12.2021 and 21.02.2022 which are Annexures '2' and '3' to the writ application respectively. The representations are addressed to the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda and the District Magistrate, Nalanda respectively.

At this stage, without going into the merit of the submissions, this Court directs the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda to look into the representation as

Patna High Court CWJC No.768 of 2023(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 contained in Annexure '2' and take an appropriate view thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
