The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.Case No.403 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 380, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is that the police apprehended four persons including the petitioner . There is recovery of three Pistols from the co-accused , who was going to sale. Apart from that the petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 21.9.2019. Charge sheet has already

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge XIV-ACJM, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.Case No.403 of 2019..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
