2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 572 of 2023 registered on 08.10.2023 lodged under Sections 366(a) of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2023 having no criminal case pending against him. He further submits that the case has been filed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6571 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 under the wrong impression but the present situation is different. Marriage between the petitioner and the alleged victim has been solemnized and they are living happily at the house of the petitioner. Counsel submits that father of both the parties i.e. petitioner and informant are physically present and upon being asked by the Additional Public Prosecutor, they jointly submit that they have no grievance with the marriage.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 572 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
