2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 90 liters of country made liquor was recovered from seized motorcycle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioners are neither owner nor driver of vehicle in question . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners and they are no way

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge , Excise Bagaha West Champaran in connection with Bhairoganj Police Station Case No. 112 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
